• Where do you ship from and to?

I ship every order from Portugal and I ship worldwide!

• How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will get an email with the tracking number, you can copy and paste it on any tracking website!

• How do the shirts fit?

They're unisex shirts, both t-shirts and sweatshirts. they can be a little oversized because of that, but you can check the measures of both in the pictures of every listing. make sure to check that so you know what size to get!

• How long will it take to get my order?

Please check the shipping section, you have all the details there!

• How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to ship your order as I have limited stock at the moment, especially samsung phone cases!

• How can I wash my shirts?

Every shirt should be washed cold and inside out, better if air dried. Every order has a card on how to wash!

• Can I costumize my shirt/phone case?

You can message me, either on instagram (@catisshop_) or email if you prefer, and I'll see if it's possible!
